The Afghan Ministry of Justice is responsible for publishing the official gazette (مجموعه قوانین افغانستا) on a monthly basis and, if considered necessary by the government, special editions may also be published. The official gazettes of Afghanistan include official government announcements, which need to be communicated publicly, including laws and other legislative documents. All the documents that exist in the official gazettes shall be published in the two official languages of the country, Dari and Pashto. The official gazettes are distributed to all the governmental offices, courts and universities all over Afghanistan, and are available for sale to the public. Since 2006, they have also been published online. The Ministry of Justice website, containing the database of legal acts, was rebuilt in 2015. El Ministerio de Justicia afgano es responsable de la publicación del boletín oficial (en persa: مجموعه قوانین افغانستا) con periodicidad mensual, y de sus ediciones especiales, cuando el gobierno lo considere necesario. La publicación sirve para hacer públicas las fuentes de derecho de aplicación general en el país: leyes, reglamentos y otros documentos legislativos que contienen anuncios oficiales del gobierno. Todos los documentos incluidos en los boletines oficiales se publican en los dos dialectos oficiales del persa: dari y pashto. Los boletines oficiales se distribuyen a todas las oficinas gubernamentales, tribunales y universidades de Afganistán y están disponibles a la venta al público, y desde 2006 también se publican en línea. El sitio web del Ministerio de Justicia que contiene la base de datos de legislación fue ampliado en 2015. El Boletín Oficial n.º 1313 de 2018 reconoció al Ministerio de Justicia como el concesionario oficial de los Boletines Oficiales de Afganistán. Le journal officiel est publié tous les mois par le ministère de la Justice d'Afghanistan (en farsi : مجموعه قوانین افغانستا) tandis que les éditions spéciales du journal sont publiés au besoin. L’objectif du site est de rendre publiques les sources de droit généralement applicables dans l'État : lois, règlements et autres documents législatifs contenant des annonces officielles du gouvernement. Tous les documents des journaux officiels sont publiés dans les deux dialectes officiels du persan : le dari et le pashto. Les journaux officiels sont distribués aux administrations de l'État, aux tribunaux ainsi qu’aux universités d'Afghanistan et sont disponibles au grand public. Depuis 2006, ils sont également publiés en ligne. Le site web du ministère de la Justice contenant un ensemble d’actes juridiques a été totalement repensé en 2015. En vertu du Journal officiel n° 1313 de 2018, le ministère de la Justice a été désigné le concessionnaire officiel des Journaux officiels de l'Afghanistan. Das afghanische Justizministerium ist dafür verantwortlich, das Amtsblatt (مجموعه قوانین افغانستا) monatlich zu veröffentlichen, und falls die Regierung dies für notwendig erachtet, können auch die Sonderausgaben veröffentlicht werden. Offizielle Gazetten Afghanistans enthalten offizielle Ankündigungen der Regierung, die öffentlich kommuniziert werden müssen, einschließlich der Gesetze und anderer legislativer Dokumente. Alle Dokumente, die in den Amtsblättern vorhanden sind, werden in zwei Amtssprachen des Landes, Dari und Paschtu, veröffentlicht. Afgańskie Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości jest odpowiedzialne za publikację dziennika urzędowego (w języku perskim: مجموعه قوانین افغانستا) co miesiąc, a w przypadku, gdy rząd uzna to za konieczne - także wydań specjalnych. Publikator służy podaniu do wiadomości publicznej źródeł prawa powszechnie obowiązującego w państwie: ustaw, rozporządzeń oraz innych dokumentów legislacyjnych zawierających oficjalne ogłoszenia rządu. Wszystkie dokumenty znajdujące się w dziennikach urzędowych są publikowane w dwóch urzędowych dialektach języka perskiego: dari i paszto. Dzienniki urzędowe są rozprowadzane do wszystkich urzędów rządowych, sądów, uniwersytetów w całym Afganistanie i są dostępne do publicznej sprzedaży, a od 2006 roku są publikowane również online. Stronę Ministerstwa Sprawiedliwości zawierającą bazę aktów prawnych przebudowano w 2015 roku. Dziennik Urzędowy nr 1313 z 2018 roku uznał Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości za oficjalnego koncesjonariusza Dzienników Urzędowych Afganistanu.
