Description

AIDA is a database managed by the European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE), containing information on asylum procedures, reception conditions, detention and the content of international protection in 23 countries. This includes 19 European Union (EU) Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia) and four non-EU countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey, UK). The overall objective of the database is to contribute to improving asylum policies and practices in Europe and the situation of asylum seekers by providing all relevant actors with the appropriate tools and information to support their case law and dispute resolution efforts, both at national and European level. Documents are published in English, German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Slovenian, Romanian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Bosnian, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese. AIDA es una base de datos gestionada por el Consejo Europeo para Refugiados y Exiliados (ECRE), que contiene información sobre procedimientos de asilo, condiciones de acogida, detención y contenido de la protección internacional en 23 países. Se trata de 19 Estados miembros de la Unión Europea (UE) (Austria, Bélgica, Bulgaria, Chipre, Alemania, España, Francia, Grecia, Croacia, Hungría, Irlanda, Italia, Malta, Países Bajos, Polonia, Portugal, Rumanía, Suecia y Eslovenia) y cuatro países no pertenecientes a la UE (Suiza, Serbia, Turquía y Reino Unido). El objetivo general de la base de datos es contribuir a la mejora de las políticas y prácticas de asilo en Europa y de la situación de los solicitantes de asilo, proporcionando a todos los agentes pertinentes las herramientas y la información adecuadas para apoyar sus esfuerzos de jurisprudencia y resolución de litigios, tanto a escala nacional como europea. AIDA est une base de données gérée par le Conseil européen pour les réfugiés et les exilés (ECRE), qui contient des informations sur les procédures d'asile, les conditions d'accueil, la détention et le contenu de la protection internationale dans 23 pays. Il s'agit de 19 États membres de l'Union européenne (Autriche, Belgique, Bulgarie, Chypre, Allemagne, Espagne, France, Grèce, Croatie, Hongrie, Irlande, Italie, Malte, Pays-Bas, Pologne, Portugal, Roumanie, Suède, Slovénie) et de quatre pays non membres de l'UE (Suisse, Serbie, Turquie, Royaume-Uni). AIDA ist eine vom Europäischen Rat für Flüchtlinge und im Exil lebende Personen (ECRE) verwaltete Datenbank, die Informationen über Asylverfahren, Aufnahmebedingungen, Inhaftierung und den Inhalt des internationalen Schutzes in 23 Ländern enthält. Dazu gehören 19 Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union (EU) (Österreich, Belgien, Bulgarien, Zypern, Deutschland, Spanien, Frankreich, Griechenland, Kroatien, Ungarn, Irland, Italien, Malta, die Niederlande, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, Slowenien) und vier Nicht-EU-Länder (Schweiz, Serbien, Türkei, Vereinigtes Königreich). Übergeordnetes Ziel der Datenbank ist es, zur Verbesserung der Asylpolitik und -praxis in Europa sowie der Situation von Asylbewerbern beizutragen, indem allen relevanten Akteuren geeignete Instrumente und Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt werden, die sie bei ihren Bemühungen um Rechtsprechung und Streitbeilegung sowohl auf nationaler als auch auf europäischer Ebene unterstützen. Uchodźców i Wygnańców (ECRE), zawierająca informacje na temat procedur azylowych, warunków przyjmowania, przetrzymywania i treści ochrony międzynarodowej w 23 krajach.
