Description:ikona
"eucrim" is a quarterly devoted to European criminal law and criminal procedure, including the harmonisation of Member State laws with EU community law. The articles are dominated by topics related to economic crime, financial fraud and acting to the detriment of the financial interests of the European Union, as well as Member State cooperation in the prevention and detection of crimes. In addition to scientific articles by researchers and experts, notes are published discussing changes in the legislation of the union and Member States in the fields of criminal law and criminal procedure, as well as selected CJEU case law. The scientific journal's issues are thematically coherent (monographic), being created with the participation of guest editors. Articles are published online first (without structured metadata), and then in an issue of the magazine, published electronically and on paper. Article abstracts are available from 2018. The website does not provide information on submitting article proposals, the review procedure or copyright issues for published articles. Each article includes the author's contact details and information about his or her academic or practical experience.
