"Godišnjak Akademije pravnih znanosti Hrvatske" is scientific annual, which publishes primarily legal texts, texts from the field of legal sciences, and also texts of interdisciplinary areas (texts which are connected to legal sciences). It is intended primarily to the academic community, but also judges, lawyers and all other legal practitioners. All papers is per-reviewed by renowned domestic and foreign experts. In addition to scientific and professional papers, "Godišnjak Akademije pravnih znanosti Hrvatske" publishes translations of documents, reports and reviews.

„Godišnjak Akademije pravnih poznanosti Hrvatske“ ist eine wissenschaftliche Zeitschrift, die vor allem juristische Texte, Texte aus dem Bereich der Rechtswissenschaften, aber auch Texte aus interdisziplinären Bereichen (Texte, die mit den Rechtswissenschaften in Verbindung stehen) veröffentlicht. Es richtet sich in erster Linie an die akademische Gemeinschaft, aber auch an Richter, Anwälte und alle anderen Rechtspraktiker. Alle Beiträge werden von renommierten in- und ausländischen Experten begutachtet. Neben wissenschaftlichen und professionellen Aufsätzen veröffentlicht „Godišnjak Akademije pravnih poznanosti Hrvatske“ auch Übersetzungen von Dokumenten, Berichten und Rezensionen.

„Godišnjak Akademije pravnih znanosti Hrvatske” jest rocznikiem naukowym, w którym publikowane są przede wszystkim teksty prawnicze, teksty z zakresu nauk prawnych, a także teksty z dziedzin interdyscyplinarnych (teksty powiązane z naukami prawnymi). Adresowany jest przede wszystkim do społeczności akademickiej, ale także do sędziów, prawników i wszystkich innych osób wykonujących zawody prawnicze. Wszystkie artykuły są recenzowane przez uznanych ekspertów krajowych i zagranicznych. Oprócz publikacji naukowych i fachowych w roczniku publikowane są tłumaczenia dokumentów, raportów i recenzji.
