"Hrvatska i komparativna javna uprava" is an international scientific journal specialized for public administration, which publishes per-reviewed papers dealing with public administration in its wider sense, with special focus devoted to papers dealing with modern topics relevant for public administration and containing the results of empirical researches as well as the use of appropriate research methodology. The journal is devoted to assure the high quality of the published papers, their comparability to the world best journals in the field of public administration and the full respect of the ethical standards by all the authors and actors involved in the publication process.
On the HRČAK platform, articles with structured metadata are available under the CC-BY license (information about the author with contact details, summary and keywords in Croatian or English, page range, and a permanent link and from 2016 - DOI with prefix: 10.31297/hkju).
Articles published since 2018 No. 4 are available on the OJS platform always with metadata in English and Croatian language version (especially abstracts and keywords). However, there are no contact details of the authors. The web tab with the Archives 1999-2019 contains only references (hiperlinks) to the HRČAK platform.

„Hrvatska i komparativna javna uprava“ ist eine auf die öffentliche Verwaltung spezialisierte internationale wissenschaftliche Zeitschrift, die jeweils begutachtete Aufsätze veröffentlicht, die sich mit der öffentlichen Verwaltung im weiteren Sinne befassen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Aufsätzen liegt, die sich mit modernen, für die öffentliche Verwaltung relevanten Themen befassen und die Ergebnisse enthalten empirischer Forschung sowie der Einsatz geeigneter Forschungsmethodik. Die Zeitschrift ist bestrebt, die hohe Qualität der veröffentlichten Arbeiten, ihre Vergleichbarkeit mit den weltbesten Zeitschriften im Bereich der öffentlichen Verwaltung und die vollständige Einhaltung ethischer Standards durch alle am Veröffentlichungsprozess beteiligten Autoren und Akteure sicherzustellen.
Auf der HRČAK-Plattform sind Artikel mit strukturierten Metadaten unter der CC-BY-Lizenz verfügbar (Informationen zum Autor mit Kontaktdaten, Zusammenfassung und Schlüsselwörtern auf Kroatisch oder Englisch, Seitenbereich, und einem permanenten Link und ab 2016 - DOI mit Präfix: 10.31297/hkju).
Seit 2018 Nr. 4 veröffentlichte Artikel sind auf der OJS-Plattform immer mit Metadaten in englischer und kroatischer Sprachversion (insbesondere Abstracts und Schlüsselwörter) verfügbar. Es liegen jedoch keine Kontaktdaten der Autoren vor. Der Web-Tab mit den Archiven 1999-2019 enthält nur Verweise (Hiperlinks) auf die HRČAK-Plattform.
„Hrvatska i komparativna javna uprava” jest międzynarodowym czasopismem naukowym specjalizującym się w zagadnieniach administracji publicznej. Na łamach kwartalnika publikowane są recenzowane prace dotyczące szeroko pojętej administracji publicznej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem prac poruszających współczesne tematy, istotne dla administracji publicznej, prezentujące wyniki badań empirycznych oraz stosowania odpowiedniej metodologii badań. Celem czasopisma jest zapewnienie wysokiej jakości publikowanych prac, ich porównywalności z najlepszymi światowymi czasopismami z zakresu administracji publicznej oraz pełnego poszanowania standardów etycznych przez wszystkich autorów i podmioty zaangażowane w proces publikacji.
Na platformie HRČAK artykuły z metadanymi strukturalnymi są dostępne na licencji CC-BY (informacje o autorze z danymi kontaktowymi, streszczeniem i słowami kluczowymi w języku chorwackim lub angielskim, zakresem stron i stałym linkiem oraz od 2016 - DOI z prefiksem: 10.31297/hkju).
Na platformie OJS dostępne są artykułu opublikowane od 2018 nr 4 wraz z metadanymi w języku angielskim i horwackim (zwłaszcza abstrakty i słowa kluczowe). Brak natomiast danych kontaktowych autorów. Zakładka z zasobem archiwalnym 1999-2019 czasopisma zawiera wyłącznie odesłania na platformę HRČAK.
