"Javni bilježnik" is an annual that publishes peer-reviewed scientific articles in Croatian devoted to the legal issues of notarial work and issues of Croatian substantive and procedural law relevant to the work practice of notaries.
The articles since 2017, vol. 21, no 44 are available on the HRČAK platform with structured metadata (information about the author with academic affiliation, summary in Croatian, page range, and permanent link).

„Javni bilježnik“ ist eine jährlich erscheinende Zeitschrift, die von Experten begutachtete wissenschaftliche Artikel auf Kroatisch veröffentlicht, die sich mit rechtlichen Fragen der notariellen Tätigkeit und Fragen des kroatischen materiellen und prozessualen Rechts befassen, die für die Arbeitspraxis von Notaren relevant sind.
