“Law and Contemporary Problems” is a quarterly journal, published by Duke Law School, which began publication in 1933. The publication contains articles from all disciplines, the study of which contributes to the development of law. Unlike traditional legal reviews, "Law and Contemporary Problems" uses a symposium format, typically publishing one symposium per issue on a topic of contemporary interest.
