“Czasopismo Prawno-Historyczne” (CPH) is Poland's leading peer-reviewed academic periodical dedicated to the history of law, in particular to the study of the history of the system and law and the history of political and legal doctrines, the history of Roman and canon law, religious law and the history of law as a science. The journal publishes texts by national and international researchers especially in Polish and English, but also accepts papers in German, French and Italian. The journal is published electronically and all texts are covered by the open access policy. The articles are available in PDF format. The resource has been available continuously since 1948. Works published in the CPH are available under a CC BY-SA licence: Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0. Interface in Polish and English.

La revista publica textos de investigadores nacionales e internacionales especialmente en polaco e inglés, pero también acepta trabajos en alemán, francés e italiano. La revue publie des textes de scientifiques d’auteurs polonais et étrangers, en particulier en polonais et en anglais, mais accepte également des travaux en allemand, français et italien. Le périodique est publié en version électronique et tous les textes sont couverts par une politique de libre accès. Les articles sont disponibles au format PDF. "Czasopismo Prawno-Historyczne" ("Zeitschrift für Recht und Geschichte", CPH) ist Polens führende wissenschaftliche Zeitschrift, die sich der Rechtsgeschichte widmet, insbesondere dem Studium der Geschichte des Systems und des Rechts sowie der Geschichte der politischen und rechtlichen Doktrinen, der Geschichte des römischen und kanonischen Rechts, des Religionsrechts und der Geschichte des Rechts als Wissenschaft. Die Zeitschrift veröffentlicht Texte von nationalen und internationalen Forschern vor allem in polnischer und englischer Sprache, nimmt aber auch Beiträge in deutscher, französischer und italienischer Sprache entgegen. Die Zeitschrift wird elektronisch veröffentlicht, und alle Texte unterliegen der Open-Access-Politik. Die Artikel sind im PDF-Format verfügbar. Die Ressource ist seit 1948 ununterbrochen verfügbar. "Czasopismo Prawno-Historyczne" (CPH) to czołowy polski recenzowany periodyk naukowy poświęcony historii prawa, w szczególności badaniom nad historią ustroju i prawa oraz historią doktryn politycznych i prawnych, dziejami prawa rzymskiego i kanonicznego, prawem wyznaniowym i historią prawa jako nauki. W czasopiśmie publikowane są teksty autorstwa naukowców z kraju i zagranicy zwłaszcza w językach polskim i angielskim, ale przyjmowane są także prace w językach niemieckim, francuskim i włoskim. Periodyk ukazuje się w wersji elektronicznej a wszystkie teksty są objęte polityką otwartego dostępu. Artykuły dostępne są w formacie PDF. Dostępny jest zasób nieprzerwanie od 1948 r.
