“Z Dziejów Prawa” is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published annually by the University of Silesia Publishing House.
It publishes historical and legal research articles, source material and reviews. It was founded in 1996 by the long-standing head of the Chair of the History of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Silesia, Prof. Dr. hab. Adam Lityński. An electronic version of the journal has been available since 2008. The yearbook publishes studies on the history of the political system, the history of administration, the history of judicial law, Roman law, the history of political and legal doctrines. Articles are published in PDF format in Polish and English. English abstracts. Interface in Polish and English. «Z Dziejów Prawa» es una revista científica revisada por expertos y publicada anualmente por la Editorial de la Universidad de Silesia. Publica artículos de investigación histórica y jurídica, material de referencia y reseñas. Fue fundada en 1996 por el catedrático de Historia del Derecho de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Silesia, prof. dr hab. Adam Lityński. Desde 2008 existe una versión electrónica de la revista. El anuario publica estudios sobre la historia del sistema político, la historia de la administración, la historia del derecho judicial, el derecho romano, la historia de las doctrinas políticas y jurídicas. « Z Dziejów Prawa » (De l'histoire du droit) est une revue scientifique à comité de lecture publiée annuellement par la maison d'édition de l'université de Silésie. Elle publie des articles de recherche historique et juridique, des documents de référence et des revues. Elle a été fondée en 1996 par le directeu de longue date de la Chaire d'histoire du droit à la faculté de droit de l'université de Silésie, le professeur dr. habilité Adam Lityński. Une version électronique de la revue est disponible depuis 2008. L'annuaire publie des études sur l'histoire du système politique, l'histoire de l'administration, l'histoire du droit judiciaire, le droit romain, l'histoire des doctrines politiques et juridiques. "Z Dziejów Prawa" ("Aus der Geschichte") ist eine wissenschaftliche Zeitschrift mit Peer-Review, die jährlich vom Verlag der Schlesischen Universität herausgegeben wird. Sie veröffentlicht historische und juristische Forschungsartikel, Quellenmaterial und Rezensionen. Gegründet wurde es 1996 von dem langjährigen Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Rechtsgeschichte an der Juristischen Fakultät der Schlesischen Universität, Prof. Dr. habil. Adam Lityński. Eine elektronische Version der Zeitschrift ist seit 2008 verfügbar. Das Jahrbuch veröffentlicht Studien zur Geschichte des politischen Systems, zur Geschichte der Verwaltung, zur Geschichte des Gerichtsrechts, zum römischen Recht und zur Geschichte der politischen und juristischen Doktrinen. Publikowane są w nim historyczno-prawne artykuły naukowe, materiały źródłowe i recenzje. Założone zostało w 1996 roku przez wieloletniego kierownika Katedry Historii Prawa WPiA UŚ prof. dr. hab. Adama Lityńskiego. Wersja elektroniczna czasopisma jest dostępna od 2008 roku. W roczniku publikowane są opracowania z zakresu historii ustroju, historii administracji, historii prawa sądowego, prawa rzymskiego, historii doktryn politycznych i prawnych.
