The Online Legal Database (ISAP) is accessible from the webpage of the Sejm (the lower chamber of the Polish Parliament). It comprises regularly updated texts of legal acts, published either in the Official Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, (Dziennik Ustaw), or the Polish Monitor (Monitor Polski) along with their bibliographic notices. The ISAP database, however, does not comprise local government law nor internal law. Since 1 January 2012, the Official Journal as well as the Polish Monitor have been available in electronic versions. The legal acts – both the promulgated and the consolidated texts – are published in the ISAP database as PDF files.
Only legal acts published in the Official Journal or the Polish Monitor constitute a legitimate source of law in Poland. Therefore, the electronic versions of legal acts available from the database shall be regarded simply as informative materials. Those publications do not constitute a legitimate source of law in Poland.
El Sistema Web de Actos Jurídicos (ISAP) es un sistema de información jurídica editado por un equipo de expertos del Centro de Informática del Despacho del Sejm (cámara baja del parlamento polaco). El ISAP forma parte del Sistema de Información del Sejm. La base de datos ISAP contiene descripciones bibliográficas y textos de actos jurídicos publicados de conformidad con la Ley de 20 de julio de 2000 sobre la publicación de actos normativos y algunos otros actos jurídicos (Boletín Oficial de 2019, ítem 1461), en las publicaciones oficiales: Dziennik Ustaw (Boletín Oficial) y Monitor Polski (Monitor Polaco), del Centro de Legislación Gubernamental. Los actos normativos y otros actos jurídicos sujetos a promulgación se publican en forma de documento electrónico según su definición en la Ley de 17 de febrero de 2005 sobre la informatización de la actividad de las entidades con tareas de servicio público (Boletín Oficial de 2020, ítem 346).
Le Système Internet des Actes du Parlement (ISAP) est un système d'information juridique géré par une équipe de spécialistes du Centre de traitement informatique du secrétariat générale de l’Assemblée ISAP fait partie du système d'information de l’Assemblée. La base ISAP contient les descriptions bibliographiques et les textes des actes juridiques publiés en vertu de la loi du 20 juillet 2000 relative à la publication des actes normatifs et de certains autres actes juridiques (Journal officiel 2019, point 1461) dans les publications officielles: Journal Officiel et journal « Monitor Polski », publiés par le Centre de législation gouvernementale. Les actes normatifs et autres actes juridiques sont promulgués sous forme de document électronique au sens de la loi du 17 février 2005 relative à l'informatisation des activités des entités exerçant des fonctions publiques (Journal Officiel 2020, point 346).
Internetowy System Aktów Prawnych (ISAP) to system informacji prawnej redagowany przez zespół specjalistów w Ośrodku Informatyki Kancelarii Sejmu. ISAP jest częścią Systemu Informacyjnego Sejmu.
Baza ISAP zawiera opisy bibliograficzne i teksty aktów prawnych opublikowanych na podstawie ustawy z dnia 20 lipca 2000 r. o ogłaszaniu aktów normatywnych i niektórych innych aktów prawnych (Dz.U. 2019 poz. 1461), w wydawnictwach urzędowych: Dzienniku Ustaw i Monitorze Polskim, wydawanych przez Rządowe Centrum Legislacji.
Akty normatywne i inne akty prawne podlegające ogłoszeniu, ogłasza się w formie dokumentu elektronicznego w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 17 lutego 2005 r. o informatyzacji działalności podmiotów realizujących zadania publiczne (Dz.U. 2020 poz. 346).
