EUREKA is the latest tool provided by the Polish Ministry of Finance, which ensures an easy and quick access to a uniform and latest position of the tax authorities on the interpretation and application of tax and customs laws. The search engine enables finding:
- individual and generic interpretations;
- answers to interpellations and replies to journalist requests for information;
- binding tax clarifications;
- information bulletins (issued since 1998) produced by or used by units of the Polish Ministry of Finance;
- selected court rulings;
- binding official excise and fee rate information.
The system is gradually expanded by more categories of tax information which have not been available in the MoF’s search services.

EUREKA es una herramienta de última generación ofrecida por el Ministerio de Hacienda, que permite acceder de forma sencilla y rápida a la posición uniforme y actual de las autoridades de la administración tributaria en lo que respecta a la interpretación y aplicación de la legislación fiscal y aduanera. El motor de búsqueda permite encontrar, entre otras, la siguiente información:
- interpretaciones particulares y generales,
- respuestas a consultas, respuestas a preguntas de los medios de comunicación,
- explicaciones fiscales vinculantes,
- folletos informativos (publicados desde 1998) elaborados o utilizados por las oficinas del Ministerio de Hacienda,
- algunas resoluciones judiciales,
- información vinculante sobre impuestos especiales y tasas aplicables.
El sistema se va ampliando cada vez más en categorías adicionales de información fiscal que hasta ahora no estaba disponible en los motores de búsqueda del Ministerio de Hacienda.

EUREKA est un outil de pointe mis en place de l'initiative du ministère des Finances qui permet d'accéder de manière simple et rapide à un avis unifié et à jour des autorités de l'administration fiscale sur l'interprétation et l'application de la législation fiscale et douanière. Le moteur de recherche permet de trouver, entre autres :
- des interprétations individuelles et générales,
- des réponses aux interpellations et aux demandes des médias,
- des explications fiscales contraignantes,
- des brochures d'information (publiées depuis 1998) réalisées ou utilisées par les unités du ministère des Finances,
- une sélection de décisions judiciaires,
- des informations tarifaires contraignantes sur les accises et les taux.
Le système est progressivement alimenté par des catégories supplémentaires d'informations fiscales qui n'étaient pas à présent consultables à partir des moteurs de recherche du ministère des Finances.

EUREKA ist ein hochmodernes Instrument des Finanzministeriums, das auf einfache und schnelle Weise Zugang zu einem einheitlichen und aktuellen Standpunkt der Steuerverwaltungsbehörden zur Auslegung und Anwendung der Steuer- und Zollvorschriften bietet. Die Suchmaschine ermöglicht es unter anderem, Folgendes zu finden:
- individuelle und allgemeine Auslegungen,
- Antworten auf Anfragen, Antworten auf Medienanfragen,
- verbindliche Steuererklärungen,
- Informationsbroschüren (seit 1998), die von Referaten des Finanzministeriums erstellt oder verwendet werden,
- ausgewählte Gerichtsentscheidungen,
- verbindliche Informationen über Verbrauchsteuern und Steuersätze.
Das System wird nach und nach mit zusätzlichen Kategorien von Finanzinformationen gespeist, die bisher nicht über die Suchmaschinen des Finanzministeriums verfügbar waren.

EUREKA to nowoczesne narzędzie, oferowane przez Ministerstwo Finansów, które w prosty i szybki sposób zapewnia dostęp do jednolitego i aktualnego stanowiska organów administracji skarbowej w zakresie interpretowania i stosowania przepisów prawa podatkowego i celnego. Wyszukiwarka umożliwia znalezienie m.in.:
- interpretacji indywidualnych i ogólnych,
- odpowiedzi na interpelacje, odpowiedzi na zapytania mediów,
- wiążących objaśnień podatkowych,
- broszur informacyjnych (wydawanych od 1998 r.), wytworzonych przez jednostki resortu finansów lub przez nie wykorzystywanych,
- wybranych orzeczeń sądów,
- wiążących informacji akcyzowych i stawkowych.
System jest sukcesywnie zasilany o dodatkowe kategorie informacji skarbowych, które dotychczas nie były udostępniane w wyszukiwarkach resortu finansów.

The EUREKA Customs and Tax Information System was created as part of a project implemented by the Polish Ministry of Finance and the National Tax Information Service (KIS) between 2018 and 2021. It is 85% financed by the Operational Programme Digital Poland and has a total budget of PLN 11,349,406.25.

Le système d'information douanière et fiscale EUREKA a été créé dans le cadre d'un projet initié par le ministère des Finances et le Centre d’information fiscale nationale entre 2018 et 2021. Le projet est financé à 85 % par le programme opérationnel intitulé « Pologne numérique », et son budget total s'élève à 11 349 406,25 PLN.
Das Zoll- und Steuerinformationssystem EUREKA wurde im Rahmen eines Projekts geschaffen, das vom Finanzministerium und der Nationalen Steuerinformation zwischen 2018 und 2021 durchgeführt wird. Es wird zu 85 % aus dem operationellen Programm Digitales Polen kofinanziert und verfügt über ein Gesamtbudget von 11.349.406,25 PLN.
System Informacji Celno-Skarbowej EUREKA powstał w ramach projektu realizowanego przez Ministerstwo Finansów i Krajową Informację Skarbową w latach 2018-2021. Jest w 85% dofinansowany z Programu Operacyjnego Polska Cyfrowa, a jego łączny budżet to 11 349 406,25 zł.
