"InterEULawEast" is a scientific journal that publishes papers in the field of law and economics with an international focus, in particular papers issuing: legal and economic aspects of European Union and other market integrations; market freedoms and restrictions; competition law and intellectual property; company law and corporate governance; international trade; international private and public law.
The journal is primarily addressed to the academic community, researchers and students of postgraduate programmes and to general public, experts and professionals who are facing the issues of cross-border activities and operations within the EU internal market and the international market in general in their business activities daily.
The Journal was established in the 2014 within the Tempus project European and International Law Master Program Development in Eastern Europe (No. 544117- TEMPUS -1-2013-1- HR -TEMPUS–JPCR). It is published twice a year, in June and December, in both printed and electronic edition, and allows the open access to published papers. All submitted papers in English are subject to double-blinded review and are classified either as original scientific papers, preliminary communications, review articles or professional papers.
On the HRČAK platform, under a CC-BY-NC license are available articles with structured metadata (information about the author with ORCID identifier, academic afiliation and contact detail, summary and keywords in English, page range, DOI identifier with prefix: 10.22598/iele (since 2017) and permanent link.
„InterEULawEast“ ist eine wissenschaftliche Zeitschrift, die Artikel im Bereich Recht und Wirtschaft mit internationaler Ausrichtung veröffentlicht, insbesondere Artikel zu folgenden Themen: rechtliche und wirtschaftliche Aspekte der Europäischen Union und anderer Marktintegrationen; Marktfreiheiten und -beschränkungen; Wettbewerbsrecht und geistiges Eigentum; Gesellschaftsrecht und Corporate Governance; internationaler Handel; Internationales Privat- und öffentliches Recht.
Die Zeitschrift richtet sich in erster Linie an die akademische Gemeinschaft, Forscher und Studierende von Postgraduiertenprogrammen sowie an die breite Öffentlichkeit, Experten und Fachleute, die sich in ihrer Geschäftstätigkeit mit den Fragen grenzüberschreitender Aktivitäten und Operationen innerhalb des EU-Binnenmarktes und des internationalen Marktes im Allgemeinen auseinandersetzen Aktivitäten täglich.
Die Zeitschrift wurde 2014 im Rahmen des Tempus-Projekts European and International Law Master Program Development in Eastern Europe (Nr. 544117-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-HR-TEMPUS–JPCR) gegründet. Es erscheint zweimal im Jahr, im Juni und Dezember, sowohl in gedruckter als auch in elektronischer Form und ermöglicht den offenen Zugang zu veröffentlichten Artikeln. Alle eingereichten Arbeiten in englischer Sprache unterliegen einer doppelblinden Begutachtung und werden entweder als wissenschaftliche Originalarbeiten, vorläufige Mitteilungen, Übersichtsartikel oder Facharbeiten klassifiziert.

„InterEULawEast” jest czasopismem naukowym publikującym prace z zakresu prawa i ekonomii o charakterze międzynarodowym, w szczególności prace dotyczące prawnych i ekonomicznych aspektów Unii Europejskiej oraz innych integracji rynków; wolności gospodarczych; prawa konkurencji i własności intelektualnej; prawa spółek i ładu korporacyjnego; handlu międzynarodowego; międzynarodowego prawa prywatnego i publicznego.
Czasopismo adresowane jest przede wszystkim do społeczności akademickiej: badaczy i studentów studiów podyplomowych oraz do ekspertów i profesjonalistów, którzy w swojej działalności stykają się z problematyką działalności transgranicznej i operacji w ramach rynku wewnętrznego UE i ogólnie rynku międzynarodowego.
Czasopismo powstało w 2014 roku w ramach projektu Tempus European and International Law Master Program Development in Eastern Europe (nr 544117-TEMPUS -1-2013-1-HR -TEMPUS–JPCR). Ukazuje się dwa razy w roku, w czerwcu i grudniu, zarówno w wydaniu drukowanym, jak i elektronicznym, co umożliwia swobodny dostęp do publikowanych artykułów. Wszystkie nadesłane prace w języku angielskim podlegają podwójnie zaślepionej recenzji i klasyfikowane są jako oryginalne prace naukowe, wstępne komunikaty, artykuły poglądowe lub prace fachowe.
