“Contemporary Central and East European Law” is a scientific, peer-reviewed journal of the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, replacing the bilingual quarterly published since 1964 entitled “Droit Polonais Contemporain - Polskie Prawo Współczesne” (ISSN 0070-7325), which was suspended in 2000. The articles are available in PDF format in English. Interface in Polish and English. All articles in “Contemporary Central & East European Law” are published under a CC-BY open licence.
