“Ius Novum” a nationwide, peer-reviewed scientific journal presenting analytical scientific studies in the field of legal sciences mainly from the countries of the Central and Eastern European area. The scope of the journal covers the basic branches of law, primarily constitutional law, civil law and procedure, criminal law and procedure, administrative law and procedure, financial law, business law and international law. Articles are available in PDF format mainly in Polish, with a few articles in English and Spanish. The resource has been available continuously since 2007. Interface in Polish and English. The journal is published under a CC BY NC SA licence.

El ámbito de la revista abarca las ramas básicas del derecho, principalmente derecho constitucional, derecho y procedimiento civil, derecho y procedimiento penal, derecho y procedimiento administrativo, derecho financiero, derecho mercantil y derecho internacional. « Ius Novum » est une revue scientifique nationale à comité de lecture présentant des études scientifiques analytiques dans le domaine des sciences juridiques provenant principalement des pays de l'Europe centrale et orientale. Le champ d'application de la revue couvre les branches fondamentales du droit, principalement le droit constitutionnel, le droit civil et la procédure civile, le droit pénal et la procédure pénale, le droit administratif et la procédure administrative, le droit financier, le droit des affaires et le droit international. "Ius Novum" ogólnopolskie czasopismo naukowe, recenzowane, prezentujące analityczne opracowania naukowe z dziedziny nauk prawnych głównie z krajów obszaru Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej. Zakres tematyczny czasopisma obejmuje podstawowe gałęzie prawa, przede wszystkim prawo konstytucyjne, prawo i postępowanie cywilne, prawo i postępowanie karne, prawo i postępowanie administracyjne, prawo finansowe, prawo gospodarcze oraz prawo międzynarodowe. Artykuły dostępne są w formacie PDF głównie w języku polskim, kilka artykułów w języku angielskim i hiszpańskim. Dostępny jest zasób nieprzerwanie od 2007 roku.
