“Konteksty Społeczne” a peer-reviewed scientific journal, published biannually by the Institute of Sociology of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. It has an interdisciplinary profile, with particular interests in three areas: sociology, history and legal studies. The journal is also open to other fields in the humanities and social sciences: cultural anthropology, economics, philosophy, political science, pedagogy and psychology. Elle a un profil interdisciplinaire, avec des intérêts particuliers dans trois domaines : la sociologie, l'histoire et les études juridiques. Ma profil interdyscyplinarny, ze szczególnymi zainteresowaniami w trzech dziedzinach: socjologii, historii i studiach prawniczych. Czasopismo jest także otwarte na inne dziedziny nauk humanistycznych i społecznych: antropologię kulturową, ekonomię, filozofię, nauki polityczne, pedagogikę i psychologię.
