Since 1992, the Brigham Young University Education and Law Journal (ELJ) has sought to provide important information and initiate scholarly discussion on important educational issues. Each issue of ELJ, published twice a year, highlights legal and policy issues currently affecting primary, secondary and higher education. In particular, ELJ serves as a forum where top lawyers, practitioners, administrators, educators and students from across the country share diverse and thought-provoking points of view. This innovative, nationally published, peer-reviewed journal focuses exclusively on the field of educational law and plays a significant role in educational science. In the repository, articles are available from 1992 to 2019 in PDF format in English. The website is available in English.
