"International and Comparative Law Review" is a peer-reviewed legal journal published by the Faculty of Law of Palacky University in Olomouc; its purpose is to reflect expert research in the legal orders of both the Czech Republic and other European Union member states, with a particular focus on Central European countries. The scope of the journal includes international law, foreign law, comparative law, European law, public law, constitutional jurisdiction, administrative procedure. Articles published mainly in English, sometimes texts in German or French are also accepted. The journal has been published since 2001, peer-reviewed since 2005. An electronic version of the journal has been available since 2011. Interface in Polish, English, German, Spanish, French and Italian. The articles are available under a CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 DEED licence: Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 4.0 International.
«International and Comparative Law Review» es una revista jurídica revisada por expertos y publicada por la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Palacky de Olomouc; su objetivo es reflejar la investigación experta en los ordenamientos jurídicos tanto de la República Checa como de otros Estados miembros de la UE, con especial atención a los países de Europa Central. El ámbito de la revista incluye el derecho internacional, el derecho extranjero, el derecho comparado, el derecho europeo, el derecho público, la jurisdicción constitucional y el procedimiento administrativo. Artículos publicados principalmente en inglés, aunque a veces también se aceptan textos en alemán o francés. La revista se publica desde 2001 y se revisa por expertos desde 2005. « International and Comparative Law Review » [Revue de droit international et comparé] est une revue juridique à comité de lecture publiée par la Faculté de droit de l’Université Palacky d’Olomouc. Son objectif est de présenter les études d’experts dans les ordres juridiques de la République tchèque et d’autres États membres de l’Union Européenne, avec une attention particulière portée aux pays d'Europe centrale. Le champ d'application de la revue comprend le droit international, le droit étranger, le droit comparé, le droit européen, le droit public, la juridiction constitutionnelle, la procédure administrative. Les articles sont principalement publiés en anglais, les textes en allemand ou en français sont parfois également acceptés. "International and Comparative Law Review" ist eine juristische Fachzeitschrift, die von der Juristischen Fakultät der Palacky-Universität in Olomouc herausgegeben wird. Ihr Ziel ist es, die fachliche Forschung im Bereich der Rechtsordnung der Tschechischen Republik und anderer EU-Mitgliedstaaten mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf den mitteleuropäischen Ländern zu reflektieren. Das Spektrum der Zeitschrift umfasst Völkerrecht, ausländisches Recht, Rechtsvergleichung, Europarecht, öffentliches Recht, Verfassungsgerichtsbarkeit und Verwaltungsverfahren. Die Artikel werden hauptsächlich in englischer Sprache veröffentlicht, manchmal werden auch deutsche oder französische Texte angenommen. Die Zeitschrift wird seit 2001 veröffentlicht und seit 2005 von Experten begutachtet. Eine elektronische Version der Zeitschrift ist seit 2011 verfügbar. "International and Comparative Law Review" jest recenzowanym czasopismem prawniczym wydawanym przez Wydział Prawa Uniwersytetu Palackiego w Ołomuńcu; jego celem jest odzwierciedlenie badań eksperckich w porządkach prawnych zarówno Republiki Czeskiej, jak i innych państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem krajów Europy Środkowej. Zakres czasopisma obejmuje prawo międzynarodowe, prawo zagraniczne, prawo porównawcze, prawo europejskie, prawo publiczne, jurysdykcja konstytucyjna, postępowanie administracyjne. Artykuły publikowane głównie w języku angielskim, czasami akceptowane są także teksty w języku niemieckim lub francuskim. Czasopismo ukazuje się od 2001 roku, recenzowanie odbywa się od 2005 roku. Wersja elektroniczna czasopisma jest dostępna od 2011 roku. Interfejs w języku polskim, angielskim, niemieckim, hiszpańskim, francuskim i włoskim.
