"Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property" is a publication published since 1999 by IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law students. The mission of the journal is to present articles analysing, among other things, the fundamental issues affecting intellectual property rights, the changing climate in various areas of intellectual property, as well as issues and opinions related to recent court opinions and their impact on the future of intellectual property rights.
